Where possible, we source and import wines that are exclusive to Wineservice in order to present a distinctive and unique range to our customers. We carefully and collaboratively tailor each wine list to suit their business needs and cater for their clientele.
Having worked in the industry for over 37 years, we have a very good understanding of the pressures faced by those working in hospitality. With this in mind, we endeavour to provide a flexible and efficient service to each and every customer and we work hard to establish a personal, trust-worthy relationship to enable us to think ahead and plan for any eventuality.
At Wineservice, we are not reliant upon a bonded warehouse to release stock; all of our wines are available to purchase immediately on request. Our team of drivers run directly from our warehouse which means that we are able to deliver 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
We deliver daily into London and regularly throughout the South-East. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be delivered on a specified day to make the process even easier! Orders received from private customers will be delivered within 3 working days or sooner, where possible.
Our offices are manned every weekday 08:00-18:00 by our committed Customer Services team.

The most effective way to improve wine sales is by giving staff confidence through wine training. On most occasions, we will ask the wine maker or winery representative to deliver the training programme. This provides a comprehensive session where staff can fully engage with the person closest to the product.
Regardless of the level of training required – from beginner, intermediate or advanced – we try to make our sessions lively, engaging, informative and fun. We have a range of training solutions to suit the needs of each and every outlet. Many of our lessons are bespoke and tailored to your business. An interactive style of training may typically include:
- Service skills;
- Wine tasting;
- Use of approachable consumer language;
- Recommendations for food and wine matching; and
- Confidence to help sell premium wines.
Staff training on our range of spirits is also available.
We take great pleasure in escorting customers to vineyards around the world. This presents a very authentic learning environment from which you can absorb the knowledge of the wine makers and your surroundings. These trips are often arranged with others from the hospitality industry which offers an excellent opportunity to network and share intelligence.
