About the Winery
This estate, on which vines were grown 3000 years ago, covers 14 hectares in the Judean Mountains, Israel. Eyal Rotem, winemaker, who trained in Australia, has planted a selection of noble varieties after careful analysis of which plot would be best suited to each variety; mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah and Chardonnay. The combination of this topsoil over limestone, the micro climates, and slopes of the vineyards and the use of natural yeasts adds up to a specific terroir.
