About the Winery
Made by Mark Messenger; the Semillon is sourced from their Wilyabrup vineyards and the Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Frost Grove vineyards both at the southern end of the Margaret River. Cool sea breezes mean that the grapes retain their all-important crispness whilst attaining full ripeness.
Most of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks; 5% is fermented in new French oak barrels. From here, this wine spends only 4 months in French Oak before it its bottled and shipped.
55% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc
Fruity, dry, crisp.
