A newly established wine merchant in Hong Kong with a well-established Head Quarters in London. Drawing on over 40 years’ of knowledge and experience in the UK wine trade, in 2018, Wineservice opened a satellite office in Hong Kong selling a compact selection of wines from our wider portfolio in London. The wine list offered in Hong Kong has been thoughtfully considered by talking to fellow parents and wine-loving friends to find out what they’d like to drink. The resounding response was to source everyday, great-value wines under $200 per bottle.
We work with a variety of suppliers from across the world, including small boutique wineries as well as larger producers. We offer a personalised service with experience and efficiency from order to wine delivery.
Peruse through our wine list and mix a case of 6+ bottles for free delivery across Hong Kong Island and Lantau Island. Contact us via phone (+852 9768 4005) or email via the enquiry form below.
Meet the team
Nick is the Managing Director of Wineservice. He follows in his late Father’s footsteps by bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience earned from an honourable 34 years in the trade. Nick has travelled many miles across the world’s vineyards to develop a thorough understanding of the wines we source and the customers we serve.
Nick is father to two sons, Charles and Elliot Hillman, both of whom have enjoyed harvest time at wineries in Argentina and France.
Aimee is Nick’s daughter-in-law and joined the company in September 2013. After graduating from the University of Manchester, Aimee spent 5 years in the professional services sector where she trained in business process outsourcing. She was then keen to support the family business and share Nick’s enthusiasm for the wine trade. After implementing ways to streamline the business, she later went on to support Nick in maintaining our existing customer base and securing new contracts.
Aimee has recently returned from maternity leave after having a handsome young boy, George and a gorgeous girl, Heidi. In late 2017, Aimee and her family moved to the Far East for her husband’s job and therein presented an opportunity to expand the family business across the oceans! Watch this space!
