    Champagne Guy Cadel and Wineservice have been in partnership for over 30 years.  In the early 1990s, many top hotels showed an interest in “own-label Champagne”. Serving a bottle branded with the hotel’s own iconic emblem was a sign of true style and finesse. Wineservice and Guy Cadel serviced this request from design to implementation and it was this opportunity that provided a platform for a small grower from Epernay and a small but growing merchant from Surrey!

    Philippe and Sylvie Thiebault worked tirelessly in their vineyards and cellars to grow and produce top quality Champagne to serve some of London and the South-East’s finest hotels: The Petersham in Richmond; the Red Carnation Group across London, Ireland, Guernsey and South Africa; and Horsted Place Hotel in Sussex, to name but a few. 2018 sadly marks the end of this family’s business as their daughters embark on careers of their own and Philippe and Sylvie lay down their tools for retirement. They have retained ownership of the vineyards but are now under contract to sell their fruit to two major Champagne brands.
